Episode 011: Purpose is Who You Are

With Anna Dow

Purpose is not about what you do...it's about who you are. The more we are in touch with who we really are, the more easily we can live our soul's purpose.

On this episode, I speak with Anna Dow, Spiritual Doula and Certified Consulting Hypnotist, about her journey from being stressed out in corporate America to sharing her spiritual gifts with others. Track 1: Thank you. I'm excited to be here, and connect with you. It's always wonderful to talk with you, Cameron.

Cameron: Likewise. This is kind of a full circle moment for us because I was actually recently on her podcast. So now it's time to switch it up.

Track 1: Switch up time.

Cameron: now we're gonna be talking to you. Switch up time. [00:03:00] Um, so I've just jumped right in here and just ask what marked the beginning

of your spiritual journey.

Track 1: My goodness, I,

wow. It's, it really started in 2020, which I'm sure a lot of people, I. I can say that that 2020 was, you know, kind of such a train wreck and really derailed a lot of people, including me, uh, .But, um, a lot of things and events that happened in my life really helped get me to that moment in 2020. Um, you know, Pre 2020, I had just reached like the top level of my career. I felt at 28 I had just married an amazing man, so newly married, um, we were getting a puppy, so I kind of checked off, you know, all the boxes that you would think that one needs to do, or [00:04:00] at least the ones I had in my head. About what I needed to do, you know?

Um, I was making a lot of money doing all these things and I was still really deeply unhappy. You know, I was burning myself out. Um, my health, ever since I started in the corporate world, probably year in my health, basically had been declining since I was like, 24 which is not a great age to start having, you know, okay, do I have thyroid issues?

Trying to identify all those. So I've been working on some of that stuff by trying to, you know, eat vegan and that had helped combat it. But there was still like a lot of pressure, you know, and a lot of emptiness because, um, When I went to my first corporate job, I had a lot of good friends and then I left, you know, when I got engaged to Alex and we moved down to Santa Monica. And so it was, [00:05:00] even as you're moving up the corporate ladder, it's true, you do have like less friends and so it was really lonely and basically that compiled on top of Alex, um, getting Covid in the beginning of 2020. When there was no testing, there was just, you know, crazy news and we, you know, all we heard was people getting dropped off at the hospital and getting put on breathing machines.

And so he was sick for about three weeks and that's probably when I had a breakdown. I mean, I remember sitting in, we had just moved down to be close to, um, where I was now working. So I was sitting at my dining room table with like a monitor and I'm like crying on Zoom, you know, in front of my, you know, newish coworkers.

Just like, I can't do this. Because I was helping with communications with [00:06:00] the Covid method. 'cause um, we were, I was helping support like a medical facility at the time as one of my roles. And it was just like, I was like, there's gotta be a new way. Um, so. After he got better, it was, I was already pretty triggered, like a triggered person I would say, like, you know, sensitive in my own ways. Um, and there were things I hadn't dealt with, but after going through that, I felt like I was super sensitive to everything. I mean, I was starting to just, I would feel the heaviness of what was going on around me, and I just had no way of like, sifting through all that. So I started turning towards dealing with that.

I was like, I gotta figure out my stress. I gotta figure out my triggers. I gotta figure out, you know, my childhood stuff because this is not getting any better. And so I [00:07:00] randomly found

this Reiki practitioner on like where you find people to do like housework for you app. I don't know why she was on there.

Cameron: Oh, like Thumbtack

Track 1: was on Thumbtack.

I was like I don't know. Okay. I was, and we had a phone

call and I literally cried the entire time. I don't, it was, but what she walked me through and she knew very little information about what was going on, but she walked me through, uh, a very traumatic childhood memory that I had had and that I've held onto.

That was like an exposure to violence and, um, Help me complete the fight or flight response. And so I was able to move my inner child out of that experience. And I, um, all I can say is that I felt my soul for the first time. That emptiness, that heaviness that I had been dealing with, it's just, it finally felt filled. But with myself, And that [00:08:00] marked the beginning of, okay, that, that felt like something because I was somebody who did not live in their body at all. I was disassociated, like my body was a way for me to get from point A to from point B to look good if I could That was pretty much it. You know, drink to relax, like I was not somebody living in my body.

So to feel something like that, like unconditional love, um, I was like, okay, then this has to be real. This is something. Um, and so then I deep dived into, um, you know, a lot of things and I went down still the spiraling path of, of, you know, conspiracies with 2020, everything. I've probably heard, every conspiracy theory you can think of. And that it was, it was different layers and different steps of spiritual awakening where I got to the point where I said, no, no, I need to stop listening to anybody else and [00:09:00] I need to take a step back. And so 2021, I feel like for me was a lot of healing and a lot of just, um, starting to come back home, starting to just do things that I knew were gonna pay off at some point, like meditate.

Even though I would sit there and be like, okay, this is really hard to just sit with yourself. Um, But that was like the beginning of the awakening that I had.

Cameron: Beautiful. Yeah. I Maybe you wanna describe this a little more, but there is something I think really important that you just shared, which is about the. Sort of levels of awakening that happens. So generally, I mean you can't really generalize 'cause everybody's path is different. But what happens is we have a moment or series of events or something, but we come up to a moment where it's like, oh, a light bulb shifts, or we feel something in our body, or whatever.

And these moments can feel dramatic, they can be positive, they can be negative, whatever, but they shift something for us. [00:10:00] And then very often people are prepared for what comes next, which is generally a dark night of the soul where we're now, oh, now I'm aware that something's going on my patterns, or something.

In my past, you're talking about, okay, I've got childhood trauma, I've got this, I've got that I need to deal with. I don't know how to do it, but I'm aware that that's a thing. But then, And then there tends to be this self-exploration, well, there's an external exploration that happens first, let me go to this person, that person, this practitioner, help me with this.

And then if you're lucky enough to find the right people to support you, , um, in the ways you need to be held, then the journey is more self-directed. And at some point, yeah, you get to this place where, hmm. I don't actually need anybody else to guide this for me. I don't, I've been grateful for the guidance that I've had, but at this point, hmm, I don't know.

I don't need this person to say this to me. I [00:11:00] don't really need to follow that particular method. At some point, it's like, now I gotta go back to me and what really works for me, and that's a very powerful moment. Um, do you, do you remember what that looked like for you when that happened? I'm trying to think for myself.

I don't actually

know if I can pinpoint a specific

time,

Track 1: Um, for me it happened. Um, you know, I think I was, I was deep into all of the, you know, I guess the underground world of conspiracies of like what's really going on, like with some spiritual undertones and, and like that had an energy in itself that was just not something I really care to play with anymore.

Or like, I don't

Cameron: Like fear,

Track 1: Right. Exactly.

But it was Like I was so, like, I need to know like what's going on and. It was, it, it was when there was a shift, um, in the political realm, and I just [00:12:00] go, I don't this this is some bullshit. That's what I, I had like, this is some bullshit moment. And I was like, well, I never cared about any of this.

This is not me. I have no control. This is my, my reality is here now. My life has not changed. Pretty, I mean, I have full control over my life and what changes, but like as far as political leaders, like to me, I'm like, they're all kind of the same crap. And I'm like, that's to me 'cause I'm very like, I want the systems to work for people to help the come home to themselves and. But a lot of these systems are broken. And so that was like super depressing for me. So being able to say, you know what? I do have control and I'm gonna take back ownership of that, and I'm not gonna be the victim anymore, and I'm gonna do what it takes to be happy and live a happy life. And not be stressed.

And not be burnt out because, [00:13:00] I deserve that and everyone deserves that. And so that was the moment where, and then there was a second moment, I just remembered Uh, I had been working really hard to get this job that was a promotion and it would make me like director level. And that was just something I had in my mind that was, I was gonna get, I was essentially promised it. through the interview process and then they told me they wanted to go with somebody else outside candidate, even though I'd been doing the job for basically two years. And that's, yeah, that's when I had a, okay, universe is trying to tell me something, this is not working for me. Um, again, another moment of like crying and just being like, what the hell did I work for the last two years for, uh, you know, kind of felt like a stab in the back. Um, but you know, it just, it wasn't for me. That wasn't the way I was supposed to go. [00:14:00] I would've been stuck in the same cycle listening to the same stories that that energy and those people had. And I'm not saying like it's necessarily their fault. That was just the energy and the vibe of the system that was there. And I just had to separate myself more from it and say, you know what? That's not me. Anyways, it's. I wanna go with something else. So I moved on to a second corporate job for another year, one where I had really strict boundaries. One that was also deeply unhealthy in its own ways, And then I was able to have the opportunity, uh, when my husband and I moved, For me to make the transition to, to start exploring things that, um, were more aligned to me and things that we'd already been working on together, um, to build my own systems. So tho there were so many moments where it was like, why me?

Why [00:15:00] is this happening? You know? And it was really a time to reflect and say, you know, well the universe probably one is helping you out, and two, this is opportunity for you to. Um, again, look and see what the hell's going on with you.

Cameron: Yeah, and . Really underlying all of this that I'm hearing the phrase, this is not me. I've heard several times in what you said, it's really stuck out, but what you're speaking to is the principle of co-creation with the universe. I mean, when you're saying, this is not me, well, there's another question that follows.

It's what is, what is me or what do I want? And most people exist on this planet. Constantly responding to external stimuli and external things that are going on, unaware that we are actually creating our realities in every moment. And the political arena, I think is a beautiful place to illustrate this [00:16:00] perfectly, because a lot of people, not me, I would call myself apolitical.

And quite frankly, I believe that the whole system, as you described, is both sides are the exact same thing. And in fact, All it's doing is stealing people's energy and life force to distract them from what's really going on. Having said that, you may not, listeners may not have the same opinion about politics, but I do wanna make the point that the political arena is a, a perfect example of where we give our power externally to other things.

I am paying attention to the news. I'm watching this, I'm watching this thing about this candidate that said this stupid thing, and then this one's fighting with that. Anyway, it's all this external. Financial markets are another example of things external where you're giving your energies to our jobs, as you've described every time.

But we're giving our energy to things that like, quite frankly, aren't even in our reality. They're not in front of us, they're not in this present moment. So [00:17:00] like when this politician says X, yes, of course. I, I will put a little caveat here for everyone to be comfortable. Yes, of course, decisions that are being made may have an impact on you.

Fine, actually might. But your present reality is the only one that you're creating. So for most people, I don't know, even during Covid, why was I home? I was hanging out with my cats or what, I don't have a cat, but whatever. I was hanging out with my plants, I was hanging out with whatever. This is what my life looks like.

And if most people took a step back, Unplugged from the news for a couple of days, uh, unplugged from the political stuff you're so involved with and just paid attention to what was actually happening in your present experience. This is a divinely spiritual lesson because what you will learn. Is that you are creating in that present space.

Now you can pull whatever thoughts and ideas you want from books, from news, from [00:18:00] politics, and infest your own space if you want to. But for most people in their lives, what the politician saying on TV does not matter. It doesn't make any difference to what's going on inside their home, in their town, whatever the case may be.

So what I really wanna. Hammer here? Is that what you are, what you've described is knowing, oh, my energy is in these things that I don't really want, and who am I? Well, that's not it. And so what you are really learning in these experiences, like I'm co-creating, I'm choosing this life, and I'm getting to choose what it is I wanna look at.

You know, some people say to me, well, Cameron, maybe you're, you're looking through rose colored glasses, perhaps. But that's also the reality that I'm interfacing with because it is my frequency that I'm choosing what is occurring in my reality. And what most people are not really aware of is that whatever you're thinking, wherever you're putting your energy, that's what [00:19:00] you're creating, but you have a choice.

And so it's turning from the external to the internal. And it oftentimes take moments like what you've described, where

you're like, wait a second,

Track 1: Right. Right. And you know they're not easy

Cameron: And our world today is a

distraction.

Track 1: Yeah. They're not easy feats at all.

Cameron: No, they're not easy feats. Especially because our world is literally designed to distract us for one reason.

Well, for many reasons, but there's a fundamental reason for it because if we are so distracted, our energy is everywhere, you know? Um, We will not look within ourselves to discover who we truly are and how powerful we truly are. This is the reason for all of the distraction. So you've gotta choose for yourself, do I want this?

Does this matter to me? Am I creating this or is what's happening inside of me more important than the external? [00:20:00]

And that's a huge

spiritual lesson,

Track 1: Exactly.

Cameron: right?

Track 1: know what? I think with the first

Awakening the first night, dark night of the soul. It was a lot of me realizing how enslaved we were and then looking for ways to blame something or someone, um, and following, you know, and, and wanting to make a bad guy, I guess, and then realizing there is no bad guy. You are in control.

Cameron: There's.

Track 1: It's me.

I'm the bad guy. It's me. I'm just kidding. and the good guy. Right? Right. And you know, when you start to look inward, you have to face your own fears, whether that's about money, safety, family love, and you know, looking at them head on and saying, is this actually beneficial for me or [00:21:00] not? Actually questioning every single belief you have every single fear, and it's a lot of unwinding. So it is not easy and it's a process. So,

Cameron: So in that process for you, obviously we got to this point and it's like that's not who I am. So what tools, I know I heard Reiki was important in meditation was also part of your practice, but what spiritual tools or modalities were you attracted to were very helpful to you? I know there's one you haven't said yet

'cause it's your work now, but

Track 1: Yes. Uh, the first one on my, on, um, on the path was grounding. I was somebody who's not living in my body. I was not connected to the current reality. My mind was in 12 other places, like you had said, you know, they're feeding off our energy, getting pulled in a million different ways. So a lot of it was bringing it back home. And so for me, that was connecting to Mother Earth. That was grounding, that was putting my feet [00:22:00] on the soil, being in my body, and giving myself love. So that was probably one of the most powerful ones, and I still do that. Pretty much every day, um, to keep myself grounded, to keep myself, um, focused on what I I need to do to keep my, my vibration high, all those things. Um, and then the second thing that has been the most beneficial for me by far is hypnosis. So I learned hypnosis, um, at the end of 2022 and spent about 300 hours training, um, with a wonderful woman. Um, I did what was a essentially prerequisite to Michael Newton's life between lives, which takes you into a realm that is in between lives. So I've been trained on regular hypnosis, past life regression, wound regression, and I can do a variety of, of journeys. Um, but what [00:23:00] I wasn't expecting to come out of this is the amazing group of people I've been able to connect with who are also hypnotists and, you know, we ha help each other all the time. Um, and have done age regressions. I've done group hypnosis and I've I have gone to past lives and I've uncovered things that I wasn't expecting, um, reasons why I still, you know, have that x that pops up in my mind once in a while. Okay. Why? You know, and going into that past life and learning, like, okay, this was a contract that you had before and you had again, and it's playing out. and now the contract is done. And so energetically moving through that has been significant. Going back into my childhood to when I had surgeries when I was a kid, [00:24:00] and not understanding necessarily why I still felt something about those surgeries. You know, of course the body holds trauma and I've moved through that, but. Me as a child, consciously or subconsciously feeling, you know, not that anybody did anything to me, but feeling violated being on an emergency room table. You know, just kind of being worked on that is not something I would've thought of that would've affected me until I went into my subconscious and was able to, you know, work with my inner child

yet again and give her love and say, you know, I get that, you know, that and, and, um, and so hypnosis has been a, been a huge deal.

And then the third thing, um, for me has been breath work. So I've done some, a lot of shamanic breath work, which is belly chest release, um, and some breath of fire, which is just out the nose. And those [00:25:00] Modalities specifically really help with moving through emotions. Working through emotions and releasing stuff that has been stuck in the body. Um, and so I've moved through some incredible things and some of the stuff is so interesting because, you know, I can't even tell you if it's from this lifetime or a past lifetime, but it's there and it's stuck with me. And so being able to move through it, It's just incredible to be able to do that.

Cameron: Yeah. Yeah. I know that you and I could geek out about the power of the subconscious. I've done some work with Anna, myself. Well, she's worked with me, uh, with astrology, but the hypnosis piece in particular, I also find very fascinating because working with the subconscious mind and . Exploring the patterns and the, I'm gonna call them energetic signatures that we carry, whether they be from this lifetime [00:26:00] or not, is fascinating and really incredible work.

The subconscious mind doesn't work. Like the conscious mind . It's very interesting, um, when we start sort of playing in those realms, the kind of information that can come forward and stuff. And I know that you have particular, uh, modalities. For those of you listening, I practice one form of hypnosis, which is Q H H T.

It was popularized by Dolores Cannon. And that really heavily focused upon past life experiences. And so Anna was kind of talking about that. I personally have seen many of my own past lives, not even in hypnosis, well, I guess technically it was a state of hypnosis I was experiencing, but in Shavasana, After Yoga , just chilling.

Um, in meditation, I've seen things, but yeah. Can you share a little bit about, it doesn't have to even be for yourself, maybe people that you work with, but the power in seeing, [00:27:00] knowing, understanding a past life what do you think is the power of knowing that?

Um.

Track 1: think, I think you're only gonna know. What you need to know when you're ready. Um, which is hard because I've tried to go into a past life before and have been met with a, a wall, like a bl black wall of like, Nope, can't see this. Um, and one of the things that I was shown was a past life where, um, of course you're gonna laugh. I was a witch burned at the stake right now. I wasn't really a witch. I, you know,

Basically it was like

I was having fun with plants and herbs with my, my best friend and, you know, we were kind of like helping run the town and the, you know, helping out the people we cared about. Anyways, I got burned at the stake and my mother basically spat on me while I was getting burned on the steak. And my mother in that lifetime was my current mother [00:28:00] now. And, um, you know, whether it's real or it's a metaphor, my subconscious, either way, it doesn't matter. When I died in that past life, I was so freaking mad at her. I was so angry. But in this lifetime, I have gone through a lot of forgiveness, work with my mother, a lot of letting go of, of things because. I have felt in this lifetime, she didn't understand me, we're very, extremely different people. Um, she's very, uh, hardcore Catholic while she is gifted and talented in her own way, and, and I just never felt understood. So I also did it in that past lifetime. But what I was able to do was also bring in the forgiveness and love that I had worked on in developing in this lifetime. Into the past and let that part go. And that was a huge deal. And then it was revealed at the end that my brother in that lifetime was one of my brothers now. [00:29:00] And just feeling that immense love that I have for him now and then, and how he was able to help bridge and soften that gap between me and my mother was just amazing. And so being able to say, these are the characters that we have played before. And we may play again. And this is just all, all a way of us figuring out how to love each other more. And that is incredibly powerful. And so I think you can go into the past or the future or now and really understand your relationships at a deeper level and bring that forgiveness and love. That really is what you're looking for. And they're looking for.

Cameron: Yeah, it's beautiful. And two things you said are really important. Number one. If you're only gonna be seeing what you can handle and what's appropriate in a particular moment or time. [00:30:00] I have worked with clients where there's just nothing for you to see at this moment, and that can be hurtful for the ego.

And if you want to go like, you know, traipsing around your past lives, like you're watching a movie on a Sunday afternoon 'cause it's fun or you're bored. Mm. That's not how this works. . You have to be ready to receive something that actually matters, but. Uh, I also loved what you said about, and this would be for anybody who's skeptical perhaps, of this particular experience or type of experience, you said, well, I don't really care if it's real or not, or a metaphor for what's actually energetically going on with me.

It doesn't matter. I mean, our whole existence is really just a movie, right? So it's a play that we're playing. But nonetheless, I think that's really powerful for anyone who's kind of like, well, I'm on the fence, but like, I don't really know if I believe in it. Whatever. Well, what if It doesn't matter if you believe in it, whether, uh, if it has benefit for you, if it can help you.

Um, [00:31:00] It's interesting. People , they'll say things like, well, I don't know if I believe in past life regressions, or, I don't know if I believe in astrology. Which is funny to me because both of those statements and statements like them are like saying, I don't believe in Spanish. I. Well, I don't know what you mean by that.

'cause it exists, , like, just because you don't speak Spanish doesn't mean it doesn't exist, right? Just because you don't know the power of astrology doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Just because you've never had a past life regression doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Now whether or not you wanna support it or think it's for you, perfect.

That is your own right, of course. But these tools and techniques have use, have utility, have a purpose, and have a lot of power. Um, and so, you know, don't knock it till you try it. Of course. Um, but for anyone who's even skeptical at that, you know, there are reasons for. Exploring these, uh, modalities [00:32:00] and so

yeah.

I love that what you said, whether it's real or not, doesn't

Track 1: Yeah, exactly.

Cameron: I'm getting the

Track 1: We have a million different

perspectives

going on at the same time. That's, and whatever happened yesterday, you know, we are all gonna have a different memory of it. So whatever happened 20 million years ago, we're all gonna have a different memory of it. Our subconscious is gonna store it differently. So whether it's a memory Yeah. Or you know, some made up story. You having your subconscious to help you deal with what's happening currently. like you said, it doesn't really matter if it's healing and if you feel that emotion, um, and or you have that understanding, that's why you're going in there.

You're going in there to solve a problem, to gain clarity. And if that happens, great, you know, that's all we can do as practitioners is, is to serve. And you know, there's so much we don't know about all of the universe.[00:33:00]

Cameron: So speaking of our

paths, do you think that you're living your purpose,

Track 1: That is such a tough question. .It is a tough question. I think my purpose. You know, that was one of my questions I had when I was starting on my path. What is my purpose? What is my purpose? What is my purpose? I needed to know what do I do? But I think purpose is not what you do, but it is who you are. And I feel that I am becoming who I am. I'm becoming who I'm meant to be. And it's, some days it feels like I'm going backwards, but. those are the best days because it's a mastery of self and purpose. To me. My purpose, I feel like is the mastery of love. How can I open myself up more to give love, to receive love, to love myself? How can everything I [00:34:00] do be to create this vibration of love in the universe?

Whether it's new systems, whether I'm working on, um, my next app, whether I am Talking with somebody at the grocery store, whether I'm sitting with myself and you know, not judging how I look, that is my purpose. I feel whatever life comes at me, challenges, if I can somehow do those in a way that I'm expanding. A vibration of the universe that I want to see, then perhaps that's my purpose. But I really won't know until I go to close my eyes to transfer to the other side. And until then I, this is all I can do,

Cameron: Yeah. Well, what do you think prevents people from living their purpose?

Track 1: I think. A lot of the things we talked about before, a lot of the things [00:35:00] that prevent people from living your purpose are the systems that suck your energy, that distract you from yourself, that take you away. I think that purpose is, you know, not necessarily a job, right? But. Just purpose is being you. And I think that anything that distracts you from that, I think a lot of it can be things that were passed down from your parents, from your ancestors, certain trades, they could be, um, physical things. They could be what, what you're eating, what you're watching on tv. Um, anything that's external from you can be a barrier, I think from your purpose. Um, I don't know. What do you think? You're the expert on purpose

Cameron: Uh, . Yeah, I [00:36:00] would definitely agree with you that these things are definitely a barrier. Our past traumas too, and what is sitting in our subconscious that we're unaware of that will definitely impact. Um, but I like what you said about being, because that's really true. You know, when I think of purpose, I'm thinking about a path.

We are always on a path, but everybody's is unique and it really is about expressing our being in the most authentic way. Um, when we're doing that, we're living our purpose in this moment. It can shift, it can change. You may have a particular mission on this planet and a way in which you want to express that.

Um, but yeah, that's

what living with purpose, living in alignment looks

Track 1: I had one more thought on that. to piggyback off of what you said too, is, um, it's, it's living in purpose for me is not being stagnant. So [00:37:00] being stagnant is like, Water with no life underneath. It's just, you know, it's just like dead water. Um, because to me, water can be alive, but be still because there's so many active things happening underneath, like we can rest. Stagnant doesn't mean resting. You can rest and still be living in your purpose. You can be resting and still healing. You can be resting and still enjoying your life, which is your purpose sometimes just to enjoy your life. Right. And you can be active and living in your purpose and doing exactly what you need to do or helping someone out, which is exactly what you need to do, but being stagnant and just not, you know, breathing but with no pulse, that to me is, um, the biggest barrier of living in your purpose.

Cameron: Yeah, and I totally agree with you that it is really much less about doing, much more [00:38:00] about being our constructs of the world, the three D constructs wants us doing right. I, this is my purpose and my reason for being here, I need to be doing this. And that's usually what people are thinking about. But once you start to go down this spiritual path, you realize, hmm, actually it's more important who I be and how I'm being in a moment.

Woo, . Um,

yeah. the expression of our being is really why we're here. And so I'm so glad that you shared this space with me today, and we got to be capital B, capital E

together, uh, to have this conversation.

Track 1: Me too. That was really, that was a lot of fun and a really nice reflection for me. I appreciate that a lot. That was, that was fun to look back

Cameron: Yeah, I'm glad.

Track 1: and say, damn, girl, you've come

far.

Cameron: I'm glad. Well, I, yeah, you have, and for any of you who, uh, would like to [00:39:00] connect with Anna, you can check out the link in the show notes. And thank you Anna, so much for being here with me today.

My mission on this planet is to support spiritually awakening humans in discovering their soul's purpose. And I know that if you're listening to this episode, discovering your purpose matters to you too. And I also know that sometimes it can feel like the spiritual journey is never ending, and that our purpose is some far off thing, but there's no need to waste precious time living without clarity and alignment.

Living with purpose can start right now. So if you're struggling to figure out what your purpose is, and as a result you're feeling frustrated, uncertain, or maybe even a little lost, then I invite you to stop spinning your wheels. Life is way too precious and you are too important. I've created an easy way for you to recenter and reconnect with your path.

I've created a sole purpose illumination session for people who are driven to know their [00:40:00] soul's purpose. So if this is you, I invite you to book a session.

You can find the link to book this session with me in the show notes

I'm grateful to share this episode and time with you, my listeners. And I want you to know that our time together does not have to end here. I've also created an online community where spiritually awakening people can receive my support and guidance and connect with others as they discover their own unique paths to living their soul's purpose.

Look for the link in the show notes to learn more about the path and purpose, community support, connection, and inspiration for your journey. It's all inside.
