Hi, I’m Cameron Martin.

I am a leader and pioneer in personal development, supporting awakening humans, conscious leaders, and truth-seekers in discovering their soul’s purpose so they can experience lives of clarity, passion, and fulfillment.

I believe that most of us want more from our work. We want to contribute to a mission that aligns with our soul. We want to be recognized for our value. In essence: we seek greater purpose. And these desires are challenging leaders to operate from a whole new level of consciousness; one that honors the Being of others. This is missing in most organization’s strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Thus, my unique approach to leadership and team development begins at the soul level. This is why I share the power of astrology.

I has extensive professional experience in spiritual development, business leadership, business education, and adult professional development. I earned my PhD in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego in 2022. My academic and professional work explores the intersection of personal spiritual development, conscious leadership development, and astrology.
