Relax & Reset: Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a sacred practice of connecting more fully to your body through gentle movement and supportive positions with props to help you relax into your space. The entire experience is meditative with the goal of helping your relax and reset from the stress and busy-ness of your life. This practice is much less about doing and much more about allowing. It is a weekly sacred space to just Be. With sustained weekly practice, you can help your soul become fully embodied and deeply connected though this work.

If you have never practiced restorative yoga, I highly recommend it! You owe it to yourself to give it a try. This is your sacred space to rest. It is your space to fully return to your sacred vessel. Every body is welcome.

All classes are hosted via Zoom on Wednesdays at 2:30 p.m. HT/ 5:30 p.m. Pacific/ 8:30 Eastern.

So get your props ready…blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps…all the goods! Towels, scarves, pillows, sleeping bags, paper tower rolls, and couch cushions are good too (see below). The most important thing is that you create a space for yourself to Be. I look forward to seeing you in class.

Shanti (Peace), Cam
