Cinzia Biondi: Thank you

Track 1: I'm so excited to have you with me today. Now, um, I thought it was really interesting you found the podcast and then followed your own inspiration to reach out to me and I was like, oh my gosh. Yes. We should totally have a conversation. So you were saying to me that even though you have a twin, it was like you

found

another twin

Cinzia Biondi: Exactly, exactly

Track 1: So, ,

Cinzia Biondi: because when I read

your uh, biography on your website, I said, [00:03:00] oh my God, you look like me. Especially when you wrote that you are a student of the universe. I always found myself like a student of the universe. I always wanted to have like so many degrees. So many certification in my life and after a while I said, okay, I need to stop and I need to start really actually doing, uh, go to action. Actually not learning so much,

Track 1: Well, let's just jump right in here. So I'm curious what marked the beginning of your spiritual awakening and really your journey to what

you're doing

now?

Cinzia Biondi: Yeah. So let's say I, I have been always, um, let's say spiritual since I was really young because, uh, as I, as you shared before, I have a twin sister. So we were really connected when we were young and, uh, we were using a lot of telepathic connection, uh, meaning that, uh, when we were, uh, going out, um, we were like, we were really [00:04:00] small, five years old, six years old. I don't know how it was possible, but we were actually saying the same sentence at the same time, and people were like shocked, and it was happening a lot of time. A lot of time. And so I had really high sensitivity. Within myself. Uh, and it was so high with sensitivity that I was always asking my sister, please, if you are sick, don't tell me.

Because I was really impacted by what I was feeling. So I was really sensitive in that sense. And, um, then, uh, I dunno. Almost probably because I started to adapt to what school was saying, what society was saying. I started to, I mean, with telepathy gift started to shut down and, uh, it appear only like three years ago again. But let's say I was like, um, I was feeling that. I was like, um, Uh, yeah, A visitor in this [00:05:00] Universe, in this, uh, in this planet Earth. And, uh, also because, for example, my mom, she was always using herbs at home and I never really took, uh, a chemical, uh, pill when I had some pain somewhere in my body. Uh, so we were always using, uh, natural remedies and, uh, also because I was like, for example, uh, I had a lot Since I was really child, I had a lot of, uh, dream premonitions and I. Connect and interconnect everything that was happening, uh, during, uh, my experience, uh, here in this, uh, in this planet. So, let's say started really young at a young age, then of course starting the school, I. Shut down all these superpower, let's say with gift And, uh, I started to live my three D life, normal life. My, so I went through all the education, I complied to what society was [00:06:00] saying. And then I had a, let's say, um, uh, second, let's say a real beginning. Like it was a, a real awakening. It was actually in 2018, uh, when, um, I felt so alone. I know, I know.

Track 1: Oh, that.

Cinzia Biondi: so alone.

Yeah. Yeah. I felt so alone because I said, oh, I'm living in a weird world and, uh, people are not really like me. I was considered really weird person. I had so many interest and I couldn't fit in, uh, only one place because, uh, I am, uh, people say that I'm like a multipotential person, so I have so many interests.

Uh, so many. Uh, passion and, uh, it start in 2018 because, uh, um, let's say, I set the intention to finally meet like-minded people and spiritual people. And, [00:07:00] uh, I launched with intention and, uh, the manifestation. Of course, the manifestation process started It took some time because it took more or less one year. And then finally in 2019, I started to meet really spiritual people and, uh, like-minded people that, uh, I was really craving. And then let's say, It marked the beginning of my spiritual journey, I would say.

Track 1: Oh, uh, yeah, that timeline is also very similar. In 2018, I went through my Dark Night of the Soul, and it was 2019 when I really had my awakening because I was around similar people at the time.

Cinzia Biondi: Yeah.

Track 1: And um, so that's really interesting that our timelines are aligned there too. Now, um, you are Italian.

So living in Italy, does it feel like there are fewer people who are maybe sort of on your [00:08:00] wavelength now?

At the time I was living in Southern

California, plenty of

spiritual, plenty of woo woo, plenty of openness. Um, but I'm curious if that is the same in Italy

or not.

Cinzia Biondi: In Italy, of course, uh, we have the Pope So everything is, uh, everything is like, uh, the, the, our, uh, the, the Catholic, uh, religion is like an authority here in Italy. So, uh, when you say in Italy, are you spiritual? It's weird, but they imply that you're Catholic and is not, this is not what, uh, what actually was my goal because for example, I can recall that my mom, she was pushing me to go to, to church every Sunday morning. And, uh, I was rejected the idea to, to go to the church, uh, because I had an inner knowing. There something was wrong. So this is why it was so difficult for me to [00:09:00] really, uh, meet like-minded people, spiritual people in Italy. So this is why I met these people in 2019, when I moved to the Netherlands, actually it all started at my board day.

It was January, 2019 when the Sort of manifestation happen because, uh, I have a dear friend, a best friend that, um, every year he was like, uh, asking me, Hey, can you come to Amsterdam? We'll have a lot of fun, but the issues that I'm not drinking, I'm not smoking. So for me was not fun at all to join that kind of, uh, crew. And, uh, so for my body, it just no, no, I don't drink coffee. I mean, I'm a weird Italian, so. So I am, because actually I don't drink coffee because my mom all the time was saying, oh, chia, you are too proactive so you don't need coffee. So this message, it got stuck in my head. [00:10:00] drink coffee. So, but okay. The, the start, uh, the start was uh, January for my birthday 2019 when my friend was like, um, Peace with me saying, okay, you never join you.

You don't want to join me, so here is the guide to go to Amsterdam alone by yourself. And so he gave me a tour guide of Amsterdam. And I took, uh, this path alone and I went to the Netherlands, and then it really marked, uh, the beginning, uh, of, uh, something really wonderful. I started to meet really spiritual people, like-minded people.

It was like, wow. It was like a dream coming true. It was like I found, uh, I I found finally. My tribe, let's say. So, yeah, I would say 2000. The, the intention was launched, uh, in 2018. And then in 2019 I had this, like my, this manifestation. Of course, I went through all, um, two big night, uh, dark Night of the Soul [00:11:00] during that period. But let's say that, um, Yeah. Uh, I was really happy and glad when, uh, when I found my tribe. Yeah,

Track 1: Hmm. Beautiful. And so they're not Catholic,

Cinzia Biondi: no, I mean, I was born in an Italian Catholic family, but, uh, I don't follow any religion. no.

Track 1: Yeah, I, um, I grew up Roman Catholic and I was a choir director for years. I actually thought at age 21 that I would be

a

priest.

Cinzia Biondi: Wow.

Track 1: um, I went on a retreat, I guess you could call it that, actually, you may know it. Um, uh, called World's Youth Day.

Uh, which is a

Cinzia Biondi: I

heard about that. Yeah.

Track 1: like, um, J M J is another.

Probably the letters you would know, I don't know. Anyway, point is I went to see the [00:12:00] Pope and the first one was in Brazil and I really liked that. Uh, I mean, I didn't meet him face to face. It was a million people, but still.

Cinzia Biondi: okay.

Track 1: Literally a million people, teenagers. Uh, the first one was in Brazil, and for me that was like really moving and big.

The second one was in Europe, in, uh, well the second one I went to was in Poland. And on that trip I went to the Vatican and that's when I knew that I did not want to be a Catholic anymore because that place in my opinion, uh, is missing.

Love

Cinzia Biondi: Yeah.

Track 1: devoid of any sort of love or real spiritual depth. I remember walking in and thinking this place is empty energetically.

And I also thought that the gold that was everywhere was absolutely disgusting because you could easily solve all of the world's issues with the amount of gold in this place. And so, On that trip. I think that was [00:13:00] in 2017 for me, but on that trip I was like, yeah, I'm thinking I'm almost done with this, the Catholic church.

And for me, I, I struggled for years with my sexual identity and so, you know, being truthful to me or being truthful to the church, I had this back and forth, could never be my full self in the church. Obviously I chose myself because God didn't make any mistake. I know that. And, um, you know what's really interesting?

I'm on this journey through Europe right now. Um, I'm

in

Greece at the moment, but a friend

of mine, a friend of mine invited me to Rome next week and I'm going to the Vatican again, and I swore off of that place. I don't know what's gonna happen, but I'm gonna light it

up

with love.

Cinzia Biondi: Nice. Have you ever been there already or No? It'll be the first time.

Track 1: No, I've been to the Vatican. It was after that trip. I was like, I'm out. I don't want to be this anymore. This doesn't work for [00:14:00] me. Very interesting though. I'm spending this time in Eastern Europe. I was in Romania,

and then I'm in Greece

Cinzia Biondi: Nice.

Track 1: now, and I hadn't spent any time in Eastern Orthodox churches and very different, uh, different energetically, uh, more devotional, definitely more mystical.

Um,

I'm not saying I'm gonna convert 'cause that's not gonna be a thing, but it is interesting nonetheless. So you were mentioning, um, a couple of dark nights. Do you remember what they were? So generally right, for those that are listening, um, a spiritual awakening journey basically happens like this. You have this a moment of awakening or epiphany or it feels wonderful and great and awareness and then

boom right after comes a dark night.

Sometimes it lasts for a little bit of time. Sometimes it's longer.

This is a period where, okay, the patterns, our belief [00:15:00] systems, everything we thought once was no longer works. The puzzle pieces don't fit anymore. And we're presented with our shadows, we're presented with the things we didn't wanna see before, and we just know this doesn't work anymore. So I'm curious what, um, you said that two, but what your dark nights were about, what you were moving

through

during those times.

Cinzia Biondi: Yeah. So, um, actually two, because it was repeated the same, uh, dark night also was repeated, uh, let's say two times, and now I'll explain why. Um, so I was working, uh, as a program manager in France and, uh, that life already, uh, I felt for, uh, like already. Two years, uh, three years before that, that life was not for me, uh, because, uh, I was like, um, working in a corporate environment.

And this corporate environment was like shutting down all my, uh, multi potentiality. And, uh, this is why [00:16:00] after a while I got like, already I was getting already almost too burnout out, but despite the burnout, I was continuing with Pristine said, no, no, I don't, I don't want, I can continue. I don't know what else to do.

Despite I have million of interest. And, uh, I was already helping, uh, people as counselor. And, um, and slowly, slowly, I was building a sort of, um, sickness in my stomach. And, uh, with the sickness, uh, it became actually at some point I couldn't, uh, I couldn't really breathe and it was like I was choking. I dunno, like how it was possible. And, uh, I knew inside myself, okay, I need to stop this life. I need to stop this life. I need really to be free, let's say. And, uh, it was tough. It took me so many years because I was pushing myself to the limit until the moment that I said, okay, I need to stop and I need to make a choice. I need to make [00:17:00] myself free. Uh, but during this period before to make this choice, It was literally a nightmare. It was like, um, I went into a lot of confusion, into a lot of frustration, and the physical pain was, uh, was really terrible. And of course, uh, later on I studied meta medicine and I realized that, um, The stomach is related to the acceptance, and I couldn't, uh, accept, uh, actually myself.

I couldn't accept, uh, the, the person that I was, I couldn't accept, uh, my, uh, authenticity. I was hiding. It was a shock for me because I was hiding all my life. Uh, I was just complying towards, um, uh, my family was wanted from me, uh, to what, um, working comp and the company was, uh, was asking from me. And, uh, I was just throwing myself, uh, to everyone else needs. And then I was shutting down my needs. So this is why I was [00:18:00] really getting, uh, getting really sick. It was, uh, it was terrible. Uh, and then I had to make a choice because I felt like, um, I made the choice, I said, okay, this is the, this is the final, uh, uh, I need to make this final choice. Uh, and I had to write the residential letter I felt suddenly, uh, a lot of relief in my body, like something was coming down and I was finally free because be before all my life. I felt like I was in prison, and then all of the sudden I was like super open and super free. But of course, Uh, when I started to, when I resigned from my corporate job, um, I had also, like, I was super scared, uh, as all we were discussing.

Also, before the, the interview, I was super scared because I said, oh my God, now what's the, what's. It's gonna happen in [00:19:00] my life because of course I was like, uh, teaching astrology to France and the people were inviting me to, to share astrology tips or, uh, create nice astrology event for France for, uh, community, uh, first in Italy, then in France, then in the Netherlands. But yeah, I was taking this, um, this passion, like just a pure passion. I I was still helping people, guiding people, but I couldn't understand that it could become my part of my mission. So that, I would say that, uh, it was my nightmare. It was a complete nightmare. I was doing like before to make the choice. I, I was, uh, having a lot of nightmares. Uh, I still remember that, uh, I was like dreaming all the time to be inside a coffin and, uh, like blocked. And I was getting up during the night screaming because it was like my soul that was like saying, okay, make this choice. [00:20:00] What is interesting is that I noticed when I made this choice, I noticed completely the body reaction because not only I felt a lot of relief, um, In my stomach, but also I felt like my ego was, um, was leaving my body and uh, the soul was finally to cover and it was like, uh, wow.

It was so powerful. It was something really energetic happen. And, uh, yeah, it was really intense. It was really, really intense. And they said the two kind of night of the soul because, uh, I committed 100% to start this journey. But along the way, I got really scared that I couldn't do that. So I am, this is why I started, but I started like, um, not really.

100% in the end was like, uh, maybe 50% when I started. And this is why I was, uh, Let's say, uh, I wanted to play safe, so I was searching for another [00:21:00] part-time job and then it been time to develop to develop my business. And of course, again, it was not working because I was saying, no, no, Cinzia, you need to focus 100%.

What is your mission? So this is why I kind of had another. Small this time, set setback, um, before to fully commit to what is.

Track 1: Yeah, a lot of resonance. Um, I don't actually speak about it too much, so I'll share it with my listeners here. You talk about the soul entering and the ego kind of disappearing. So in 2019, I speak about, I ha, I mean, my spiritual awakening was many moments, but this was a moment that changed my life because, um, I felt, I think pretty much the same as you or very similar, where my whole, my ego dissolves and I just, I actually felt myself [00:22:00] leave my body and come back into it.

And I have a friend who remembers 'cause he was sitting next to me and he felt it too. So I remember feeling like I jumped out and jumped back in and it was like, Everything was perfect. You know, we talk about the state of no mind or samadhi or

you know, total

Cinzia Biondi: Uh, emptiness actually from practices you, you would call emptiness. Yeah.

Track 1: Yes, exactly. And I remember thinking, oh my God, this is amazing. I had the best meal of my life, which was really this. Shitty. It was a shitty salad at a, like a, a buffet line, but it didn't matter. Everything was amazing. I knew myself as all that is. I knew myself as this person and at that person, and I had nothing but love and there was no separation.

I thought, oh my God, this is amazing. And then . I kind of came crashing back down to Earth pretty fast. I mean, in a matter of 24 hours [00:23:00] or so. But I still knew the experience and I knew it

viscerally in my body. And it was after that that I knew, okay, this is a state of being, this is our natural state of being

actually, and my work on this planet is to help people to get to that, to remove, you know, and, and I knew I was on this planet.

I had known for a long time that I had a spiritual reason for being here, but. After that, I was like, oh, this is something, I mean, this is our natural state of being. This is what Ascension looks like and feels like. And so there was that. And I will say my journey was interesting. I was working full-time for a while until 20, and I was working on my PhD, so I still had my hands in, you know, those bowls.

But it was the beginning of 2021 where my guidance was really loud, like, you need to commit. And I, I had been doing my business as a side hustle since 2019 and. And [00:24:00] end of 2020. That was a really big year for me, but definitely the beginning of 21. The message was, you need to do this full time. This is your

mission. It's time. And I remember thinking, oh my God, I'm gonna quit my job. I don't know where my income's gonna come from. I have like four months worth of savings. And then two weeks after that, I was guided to move to Maui to pack up my life in San Diego and move to Hawaii. Which, I mean, Maui's an incredible place, has been a wonderful place for my healing and spiritually, but along the way going, oh my God, how am I gonna afford this?

How am I gonna pay for this

Uh, and met with a lot of my own inner resistance and lack and, you know, whatever financial lessons that I had to move through. But always knew this is what . I'm here to do. So there isn't really a plan B. I mean, there are many timelines. There are many versions of what I do, but

Cinzia Biondi: [00:25:00] Mm-hmm.

Track 1: this is why I'm here.

It's like my guides at this point, and I've committed to it. So my guides will never let me work for another person again. I'm never gonna be able to just go get a job. It's not, it's not gonna happen. But I totally resonate with this. There'll be listeners on this podcast. I know who are thinking similarly.

I know I'm being called to do something, but how do you do this? Um, so what did you learn, I suppose? So for me, trust, I had to know and really, um, embody that. I am guided a hundred percent, that I have very powerful beings that I work with. And when I'm receiving guidance, I need to trust it. And then when I know something, I need to trust it and that I'm going to be asked to do a lot of things that don't make a lot of sense.

And there are people who are listening to this episode who are going, yeah, I don't know. He packed up his life, he quit his job, he moved to Maui. I was freaking out for him. How [00:26:00] is he gonna make money? All of these things. And yet, and it was challenging, but it was always like, this is what I'm supposed to be doing.

Even now I've left the island August. 10th and it's now September 19th. And I'm not returning until, I actually don't know when , I think the end of October. But I dunno, because I'm allowing the flow of my life to show me, um, what I should be doing. And so I guess to circle back to you, what lesson, if there's one, uh, would you like to share with others about.

How did you trust, or what did you need to do to fully anchor in that? 'cause it's not

easy

Cinzia Biondi: No, it's not easy at all. I had to, uh, I had to have faith. Faith in what, uh, what I was doing, what was my mission. And actually, um, what it, [00:27:00] it really helped me during the journey is, is just making a lot of mistakes. Uh, because for example, um, I am really literally, uh, for a, for many years I didn't listen to my intuition, for example. And, uh, this caused me a lot of troubles in my life. Uh, not only in personal relationship, but also in, uh, work situation. And yeah, I, what the biggest lesson was, um, listen to your intuition and have faith, and that was my two biggest lesson completely.

Track 1: Yeah.

Cinzia Biondi: And, uh,

even if you don't know a lot of time, I, I was asking myself, okay, but how I'm gonna make money? And, uh, what I learned is that you don't need to focus on how at, at least what my guides was telling me, you don't need to focus on how just follow the instruction. And for me, at the beginning was really hard for distraction. So that was like fate. And [00:28:00] listen to the intuition.

Track 1: Yeah, because our egos will want to figure out the how. I mean, we're taught to do this logically. I gotta do this step. Then this one, how do I get to here? And truly, when you're living a spiritual path like this, There's the ego cannot do it. The ego, first of all, is not equipped to do that.

The higher self, the higher mind and your guides know how to get you there.

You just have to know how to listen and trust. And it takes time. It starts with small things. You know, it's not like every day that you hear you need to pack up and move to a, to an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean , and you're okay with it. Um, but I'm curious as you've. As this journey has kind of unfolded for you, has it gotten easier?

Because for me, even though I get challenged plenty, you know, mother Mary's telling me I'm doing this and Jesus is saying that, and my higher self is saying this, I'm like, okay, [00:29:00] I'm doing this, this now, like that's next. Um, I find that it's actually getting a lot easier to just trust that I have no idea

of what

I'm doing.

Cinzia Biondi: Me neither ,I'm just following the guidance, but I have no idea because I'm always feeling that this is just the start for me, at least for me, just the start. And I have the feeling that something else is gonna unfold during the, during the path. So literally like you, I have no idea, but I'm just uh, go with the flow.

Literally going with the flow and a lot of time. I am having a lot of intuition and, uh, I learn really to trust with intuition and, uh, to, let's say, uh, follow with intuition and execute with ideas that I'm getting from my self. Um, and. If I, if I, let's say I have to, I had to learn also to discern, [00:30:00] uh, to discern what is coming to me because, um, sometimes the biggest, another biggest lesson was actually discernment because, uh, uh, couple of times it happened to me say, okay, I'm 100% sure that that was the right message to, to do, and then was completely another message. And maybe you, in any case, you. Go through a specific lesson, you go through a specific experience actually in order to learn a lesson. So even if, um, Let's say you were thinking, you were feeling that, uh, it was like a misinterpretation, uh, from your guides and so on. Actually, it was a real lesson. So, for example, uh, I had a practical example that it happened to me.

I, uh, I met, uh, I met a guy that I was 100% sure that was my soulmate. And, uh, I had, I was 100% sure that it was like I got all the sign, I got like, uh, downloads and so on. [00:31:00] Then all of the sudden I realized that it was a test and I started, I had a big aha moment and I had a lot of self irony. I started to laugh at myself and say, that was a huge test, And then, uh, yeah, I went into a lot of self-compassion because of course, uh, I put all my effort in that relationship. Uh, but that was a, a big lesson, relationship lesson that I.

Cameron Martin: Hmm. Well we had a similar lesson, , um, somebody showed up in my life where I was like, oh my God, I've been seeing, I've been thinking, I've been feeling about this person. I knew this, I knew that. Um, I'm not gonna go into details. I'm sure he'll never be listening to this episode, but still,

and I was like, it was a big test where it was like, no, actually this is not, yes, you actually have been connecting with this being for years.

You have been receiving messages about it, [00:32:00] but it was a huge test also. So, Uh, the, I'd love to ask, uh, you're kind of getting at it, so I wanna ask the question about how you feel into your intuition, but it's connected with this idea of discernment. I love that you brought that up because, you know, there are people who channel, there are people who read cards, there are people who do, you know,

all kinds who have gifts, who receive messages, but.

Um, discernment is key. First of all, if you are somebody going to a reader or a healer or whatever, people can be gifted, but remind, remember, they're always receiving

whatever

messages, frequencies

through their own consciousness, through their own patterns, their own beliefs, whatever. So you have to be discerning.

And of course if you are, if you have a relationship with your guides and know in meditation or maybe you have a strong spiritual practice or you're paying attention to sync signs, synchronicities, we still have to discern within ourselves. So whether [00:33:00] we discern what another person is saying or what we think our guidance are telling us, what might be the ego?

Um,

Discernment is key. Getting really clear about, okay, is this correct or not? Or is this in my highest or not? And I've come to learn that in the, uh, when I receive messages, the. They're neutral or very exciting. They're either very exciting ideas because they want me to take action because we need to put things into physical form here, or the ideas are very neutral or I feel filled with love or expanded in some way when I get.

Super excited to the point where I'm trying to figure out details. That's an issue when feel certain, I can't even actually adequately describe it, but I know when I feel specific sensations in my gut or in [00:34:00] my crown, it's like, no, no. The answer is no. You got this. A little bit twisted. But this is how I've learned.

Um, Discerning information. I also, when I hear information that does not resonate with me, I literally feel it pinging off me. Now, I've always been someone who, um, distrusts authority doesn't like to listen to what other people say. You can give me all of the opinions you want about my life, and I. Most likely, I'm not gonna take them

like

Cinzia Biondi: Is good.

Track 1: It's like, okay, yeah. Thank you for your opinion. That doesn't feel right to me, so bye. Um, but even I was thinking on this trip I went to, uh, I was just in Ireland, or no, I was in Scotland and I went to this chapel and they were telling us the story about this chapel and everything in, and I'm like, no, they're saying things.

I can feel it bouncing off my heart. No, [00:35:00] that's not true. That's a lie. They don't understand. And

unless you're practicing your own discernment, you will think, well, what I just said is crazy, but it's what we have to do in order to. Essentially break out of the matrix, realize that others are not controlling us, that we are creating our own realities.

The only way we do this is by developing discernment. And another way of saying this is by building a relationship with your own knowing, however that works for

you.

Um, cause without that, you've got nothing. You're just gonna listen to whatever. I mean, you try to listen to the news, or your friend or your boss.

These days, you're gonna get thrown around. Like, you know, somebody who fell off the Titanic. It was such a weird example, but whatever. Nonetheless, .

Um, so I'm curious to circle back to how do you understand

discernment and really trust in your intuition? What are the [00:36:00] things for you that are like, I always check this or I always feel this,

or, how do you know?

Cinzia Biondi: So at the beginning of my journey, I had a lot of fun to, to use the Carac pendulum. It's a wooden, uh,

Track 1: I got one.

Cinzia Biondi: It's a wooden one.

and I love it. So I was having a lot of fun with my pendulum and, uh, after a while, um, what realize it's always, um, check with my, how my body's reacting to, to specific, um, um, sentences from other people and, uh, what other people saying and the environment. So for me, When something is true, I got a lot of goosebumps. And when something is wrong, I get like, uh, um, how to say, I, I get tension in the lower, uh, part of my back. So I get a sort of tension

there and I feel immediately like I there something wrong that I still don't get. But it's [00:37:00] like, for me, it's a, a red flag. So for me, uh,

during my Let's say learning experience and evolution. That was like my two at the moment. Then maybe I will, uh, find out others. I dunno. But at the moment, a two arb, two technique that, uh, that I like for discernment. But I have to say that, uh, I had a lot of fun with the pendulum and sometimes I'm still using a pendulum during the session clients.

Yeah.

Track 1: I do too, but I find. That I often don't get myself neutral enough, and so it's

swinging

the way I want it to.

Cinzia Biondi: But did,

but do you use the wooden one

or the crystal

Track 1: don't have a .Actually,

Cinzia Biondi: Yeah, because Actually, what I learned during my puff is that, um, I was also using the crystal, um, depend on with the crystal no on it. But uh, you need to clean it more often.

Track 1: because it.

Cinzia Biondi: actually I learn. [00:38:00]

it.

does serve the energy of the other person and also your, and you need to be really natural.

So, which is really difficult during the session. So what I learned is that just, um, To have a, a natural environment, you just need to, uh, to have like a wooden table and, uh, and then you need to use this, uh, wooden carna pendulum. So it's, the material is wood and, uh, it should be so far is working for me.

It should be the, the natural, uh, one that you can use to, to say during the session. But, uh, yeah.

Track 1: Check Amazon sales. 'cause I know people listening gonna be, I.

Cinzia Biondi: Actually I for, I forgot to, to have it here next to me so that I can show it, but yeah.

Track 1: Well, that's okay, .

Cinzia Biondi: Mm-hmm.

Track 1: So, um, I guess along your journey, [00:39:00] you've mentioned them already, but along your journey, what techniques, what tools have been really important to you? I know

astrology is one,

Cinzia Biondi: Astrology was, um, so astrology was the best for me. Uh, it was the best start. Uh, when I met an old astrologer in France, she was teaching me everything about astrology. I got really passionate that I learn any kind of, um, Astrology, classical astrology, but also Kundalini astrology. But for me, what really is in line with my, with myself is evolutionary astrology, which is actually the art of the south node and the no node, uh, path. And then, uh, I had other techniques, other tools that I use like for Self-discovery and the one that was really useful for me was the Enneagram. I dunno if you're familiar with Enneagram, was

really powerful for me.[00:40:00] And, um, a third technique and tool was the M B T I, uh, tool. Uh, the M B T I tool was really helpful. Um, my Tibetan mentor was, uh, showing me this powerful tool because I. I got to learn, uh, really my personality. But also my, uh, it's called, uh, stress heads. What is really stressing me in life, what I need to avoid to, uh, to get stress and, uh, is really helping you with your cognitive function. And yeah, you become more aware of, um, of yourself. So this, I would say this Free tools was really helping me, my self discovery. And then of course, along the journey I had different mentors. And I would say the, the last mentor that really helped me in my life, especially when my dad died, uh, was my Tibetan uh, mentor, um, he develop himself, um, [00:41:00] really specific, uh, self-awareness, uh, technology. Framework, I would say. And, um, thanks also to all the Tibetan practices. Um, it really helped me to be, to have more emotional, uh, to have more emotional balance and to be really authentic, uh, with myself. Uh, because during, uh, I still remember during a lot of, uh, group session. My mentor was saying to me, uh, okay, you are not being yourself at this moment.

Because he knew all my personality style and, um, it was really helping me. It was really guiding me to, to be my authentic self. So I, I'm so grateful to, to him.

Track 1: Yeah. Now you might know, maybe you don't know, so the Myers M B T I that you were talking about, the Myers-Briggs type indicator, super popular tool in business

and leadership, especially in the United States.

Um, [00:42:00] so the M B T I is based on Carl Jung's. Personality types.

Now, you may find this interesting that his personality, the archetypes are astrological archetypes because

he himself was

Cinzia Biondi: Ah, visit. Wow.

This I didn't know.

Wow.

Track 1: there are very strong connections in the M B T I and the personality types to the archetypes In astrology, he kind of, well, If you look at, so the M B T I is not his work. That was an extension of his work. But if you look at the archetypes that he came up with, you can pinpoint the archetypes in astrology.

A hundred percent.

I know you

could. Um, and so.

There's that He actually, most people don't realize we're talking like, I mean, he's kind of coined as one of the fathers of psychology. Right? People don't realize, um, his doctoral [00:43:00] dissertation was actually, he studied, I. Uh, a, um, a medium. His, I think it was his niece, maybe a cousin, um, but a medium.

He studied her doing seances, which was really interesting. And then he was an avid astrologer when he, he spoke a lot about the power of astrology, actually, and I think part of his brilliance was. Taking those archetypes into a scientific form because otherwise people at the time were very much poo-pooing it.

And actually there's a lot of evidence in his journals, his personal journals, um, that he used. His client's charts every single session. He would not work with a client without seeing their chart. And that actually the split between him and Freud may have had more to do with this argument about astrology rather than psychosexual theory, which people think, and I got

[00:44:00] goosebumps all about it

Cinzia Biondi: Wow. Me too. . As you are speaking, I get a lot of gooses. Wow.

Track 1: So it's very interesting the connections between those things. Um, I know that part of my work in this planet is to take astrology partial. This is some of my work to take it into the business of leadership space because the M B T I is so useful there. But what people don't realize is that there's actually even more.

Wise, , spiritually evolved and deeper tool set that most people don't realize is inside of astrology. I also would consider myself an evolutionary astrologer. I mean, you and I could geek out about the south nodes of the moon, Chiron and Saturn. I mean, if you're doing a reading with me, this is what we're talking about.

We're talking about your soul, why you're here, what your traumas are, and how we're gonna heal

If you wanna find out when you're gonna meet your boyfriend, you know, maybe that a different astrologer [00:45:00] will be best for you. But if you wanna talk about, you know, healing your core wounds and living your purpose, I mean,

that's me,

Cinzia Biondi: Exactly. me,

too. I never like predictive astrology because I always say to people, okay, that, that I can do predictive astrology, but that's just a potential. Then it's, uh, you need to make a choice. And all the time I say to people, the way I see is that you have your birth chart. That is just your potential. Then, uh, you have your, uh, destiny, and then you have your free will. So based on the choice they're making, there will be different outcome result. So this is why. Also with the tarot reader, uh, people, they are assuming, especially in Italy here, I don't know if it's the same also in your country. Uh, they are assuming that, okay, I go to the tarot reader, so she or he will predict my future.

But that's is not true. I mean, uh, and, and then also if you go to a tarot or to an astrologer, a predictive astrologer with, um, [00:46:00] Uh, specific energy, you will get a specific result, especially for a if you, you need to go with a neutral energy in order to understand what is gonna unfold. But there are just possibilities, uh, that are in front of you.

And then you need to make the choice, because otherwise the possibility will not turn into, uh, an event.

Yeah.

Track 1: Totally. And you know, we are infinite beings. We have infinite timelines that are constantly

splitting out. I mean, even

Cinzia Biondi: Yeah, exactly.

Track 1: chart, to me, I'm trying to discern where is one's level of consciousness as I'm reading, because this can manifest in a myriad of ways. I love the conversation. We don't have to get into it.

But people ask me all the time, well, what about twins? Do they have the same charts? Yes, they do have the same charts. Well, wouldn't they be the

same

person? No.

Cinzia Biondi: No, because I have a twin and it is not like that

Track 1: they have the same energetic signature. Yes. But the ways in which they manifest, that can be vastly different. [00:47:00] Um, you know, you could have a strong scorpion signature for one person.

They become a psychologist for the other person, a drug addict, it's the same. I mean, they're different. Uh, spec rather. They're different ends of the same spectrum.

Cinzia Biondi: Yeah.

Track 1: Still exploring those same themes. I do predictive work, but I fundamentally, my clients know this. I fundamentally, I. Believe in free will, first and foremost.

I mean, we are beings of free will that chose to come into a body in this lifetime, and we have a plan. That's what our birth chart shows us now, if you wanna know what your forecast like a weather forecast is, if you wanna understand when, hey, this is a really good period for this, or this is not a great period for that.

I will share that with people, and it can be incredibly empowering when you land in the seat of sovereignty. I am the one controlling my life, or at least making the choices right, based on my energetics that my soul chose at another time. [00:48:00] But it is not a crystal ball. And I tell people

this all the

time, it's like, no,

no, I do not see that there's a red car.

You're gonna like, no. Or like, oh yes, on this day you're gonna be proposed

to.

No.

Cinzia Biondi: Exactly.

Track 1: I don't know that. I can't see that. But what I can see is energetic potential. But again, if you're sitting on your ass during

a transit that's super great for

career,

well what do you think is gonna happen? Or it may be a wonderful transit, a a period of time for you to meet people, but you don't do anything with that.

Well, you

know,

Cinzia Biondi: Yeah, if you stay close at home,

if you stay close at home during a wonderful transit where you could meet a lot of people and make new connection, and nothing is gonna happen. Yeah, I agree completely.

Track 1: So understanding the space of free will. So I'd like to close by asking you, uh, well, I already know that you are living your purpose , [00:49:00] because we've talked

about

that. Um,

Cinzia Biondi: Yeah.

Track 1: but I wanna ask you, what do you think. Prevents people and maybe has even prevented you in the past or presently from living their purpose.

What do you think prevents people from living

their

purpose?

Cinzia Biondi: Uh, not being themself because, uh, if you, I mean you, if you want to live your purpose. You just need to, to be yourself 100% yourself. And if you don't know how to, how is to be yourself, you, you gonna find out, okay, there are different tools as we said before, but, uh, you, you know, the best, who you are and now how you gonna unfold your personality and, and so on. So, The, the main, the main, uh, let's say answer would be authenticity, just being yourself. And uh, also what I wanted to add here is that a lot of people, what I notice, I don't know if you're notice the same, is that a lot of people [00:50:00] are asking me, okay, Cinzia, about what's my life purpose, but what actually. I found out in my research is that actually you don't need to ask what is your life purpose, because, uh, um, this will not give you clarity, but just being yourself will give you guidance and clarity to find finally your path to go and to meet finally, your purpose. This is why I like so much to play with the words because, um, uh, let's say. I say to myself, uh, the mission that I'm on, a mission on the say, on the time I say to myself, I'm on a mission to inspire people and elevate personally and the planetary wellbeing. Why I say I'm on a mission. Um, because, uh, the mission is coming from the Latin meter and is like, uh, is literally the path. While the purpose is something that, uh, you put from the Latin is, uh, purpose, you can say that is coming from the Latin. [00:51:00] Pro, which is putting something ahead. Uh, "ponere" is putting, so you put something ahead. So it's just a goal. So first it comes the mission, and then while you can actually think about the mission, like a path, so as you enter in, in the specific path that is path of your life, you're gonna meet in the end your purpose. So this is why I'm always saying, I don't know right now. Uh, I will meet 100% my life purpose because I'm still in the path and the path is still unfolding for me. So, does it make sense? Does it resonate

for you,

Track 1: A beautiful explanation of my company

name,

path, and purpose,

Cinzia Biondi: Exactly. It is actually. Exactly, exactly. It's, I was speaking also about that. Oh yeah. I'm gonna speak with the camera. This purpose. Yeah. So actually, The goal is that the purpose, uh, let's say, uh, [00:52:00] comes when the mission end. This what, uh, I had a big illumination because a lot of time I was strangling also to myself, uh, 11 years ago.

Okay, what is my purpose? What is my purpose? But the answer is just focus on yourself. You just need to be yourself, and then you will find your purpose later on.

Track 1: Yeah, and I think framing it also as a journey, because that's what it is. We are infinite souls that chose to come into a finite body for a period of time, and there's a reason for that or many reasons for that, but it is the journey. Right, the path

That

is

Cinzia Biondi: path.

Track 1: here.

Cinzia Biondi: Yeah.

Track 1: And you know, our world is very focused upon achieving, and we do the same thing with purpose.

Well, if I was only doing the right job and living my purpose, no, no. If you were living in alignment with your path, with your truth, because it is a journey. I mean, you're not dead yet. . Your [00:53:00] purpose is officially

done

when you die, I suppose.

Cinzia Biondi: Exactly, exactly is what I I is what I realize. It is all, all our life is just our mission. And the mission is made by a lot of life experiences and a lot of lesson. And then later on when you die, you finally will realize what is your life? What was your life? Purpose. So that was my big realization when I was struggling to understand the meaning of purpose. Life purpose. Yeah.

Track 1: But in understanding that . Or rather perhaps understanding that can open us to focus upon the path upon the journey upon what we're doing right now, upon who we are being as our life unfolds upon the choices that we're making consciously. That is where the gold is. It's not in the accomplishment

or the achievement necessarily.

It's, it is in the journey of living,

essentially.

Cinzia Biondi: Yeah.

Track 1: [00:54:00] Beautifully

Cinzia Biondi: In a,

it's in, in the life itself, basically.

You just need to live your life.

Track 1: Without all the other programming. That's the, that's the work

Cinzia Biondi: Yeah.

Track 1: case anybody's

Cinzia Biondi: But

Track 1: wait,

Cinzia Biondi: actually, actually,

Track 1: are saying, just go work. Go live your life. Yes, but live your life in truth and live your life and do the work to release

yourself from that,

which you are not.

Cinzia Biondi: exactly for. So you need to deconstruct yourself from what all the society, the family is telling you. And then finally you will, you will find your true self and then you will meet your path that will end to your life purpose, actually.

Yeah.

Track 1: mean, easy said, easily said, but beautifully said.

Cinzia Biondi: Yeah. Yeah. It is coming like naturally. Yeah.

Track 1: Beautiful. Well, thank you so much and for those of you, uh, I've really appreciated
