Service to Self: The negative polarity focuses on personal power, control, and self-interest. Service to self leaders often prioritize their own advancement, sometimes at the expense of others. While they may achieve success, it is often through isolation and manipulation rather than cooperation.

In leadership, polarity plays out in how we approach our responsibilities and interactions. Choosing the path of service to others means leading with compassion, inclusivity, and a desire to elevate those around you. Conversely, leading with service to self focuses on gaining power, influence, and control. While this path may offer short-term success, it often comes with long-term isolation, as it lacks the foundation of mutual respect and collaboration.
